App 介绍

风土至臻是面向农业从业者的 IoT 移动客户端,主要功能:

  • 实时传感器监控:气象站、土壤墒情、环境温湿度等多类设备数据实时查看,历史曲线趋势分析
  • 设备管理:设备列表、状态监控、配置查看、分组管理
  • 智能告警:阈值异常自动推送通知,告警列表过滤、确认、归档
  • 可视化仪表盘:自定义图表、地图监测点、数据看板
  • 多角色权限:企业管理员、合作社负责人、个体经营者均适用
  • 审计日志:关键操作可追溯

由 GeoSense EntityMesh(GEM)平台提供后端支持。


系统要求

  • iOS 15.6 或更高版本
  • iPadOS 15.6 或更高版本
  • 推荐设备:iPhone XR 及以上、iPad Pro 11"/13" 及以上
  • 网络:Wi-Fi / 4G / 5G

常见问题

Q1: 登录失败怎么办?

  1. 确认服务器地址正确(如 https://gem.geosense.tech
  2. 确认账号密码无误,注意大小写
  3. 检查网络连接,公司网络可能限制端口
  4. 如使用 GeoSense Identity(GID)单点登录,确认在浏览器先登录过 GID
  5. 仍无法解决,请联系 support@geosense.tech 并提供您的账号邮箱

Q2: 看不到设备/告警/仪表盘?

  1. 确认登录的账号已分配相应权限(请联系您的企业管理员)
  2. 下拉刷新当前页
  3. 退出账号重新登录
  4. 卸载 App 重新安装(清除本地缓存)

Q3: 收不到推送通知?

  1. iOS:设置 → 通知 → 风土至臻 → 允许通知
  2. 确认 App 内通知开关已开启
  3. 确认企业管理员已为您的账号配置告警规则
  4. 请勿强制关闭后台 App(清后台会暂停推送 token 更新)

Q4: 数据延迟或显示异常?

  1. 数据从 IoT 设备 → 后端服务器 → App,端到端可能有 30 秒至 1 分钟延迟(属正常)
  2. 长时间无数据,请确认设备在线状态(设备列表中查看)
  3. 若仍异常,请联系 support@geosense.tech 描述具体问题,附截图最佳

Q5: 如何导出数据 / 申请数据迁移?

请联系 support@geosense.tech,我们会在 5 个工作日内回复。数据导出、账号注销均按 GDPR 与中国《个人信息保护法》规定办理。

Q6: App 闪退或卡死

  1. 强制退出后重新打开
  2. 重启设备
  3. 升级到最新版(App Store 自动更新)
  4. 仍无法解决,请截图 + 描述操作步骤发邮件 support@geosense.tech

A mobile IoT client for agricultural operators. Core features:

FAQ

Q1: I can't log in. What should I do?

  1. Verify your server URL is correct (e.g. https://gem.geosense.tech)
  2. Check your username and password (case-sensitive)
  3. Verify network connectivity (corporate networks may block ports)
  4. If using GeoSense Identity (GID) SSO, ensure you've logged in via browser first
  5. If the issue persists, contact support@geosense.tech with your account email

Q2: I don't see any devices / alarms / dashboards

  1. Confirm your account has been granted the relevant permissions (contact your enterprise admin)
  2. Pull down to refresh the page
  3. Sign out and sign back in
  4. Reinstall the app to clear local cache

Q3: I'm not receiving push notifications

  1. iOS: Settings → Notifications → TerroirTop → Allow Notifications
  2. Verify in-app notification toggle is enabled
  3. Confirm your admin has configured alarm rules for your account
  4. Don't force-quit the app from the background (this pauses push token refresh)

Q4: Data is delayed or looks wrong

  1. Data flows IoT device → server → app, end-to-end latency may be 30s–1min (normal)
  2. If no data for an extended period, check device online status (in Devices list)
  3. If still abnormal, email support@geosense.tech with screenshots

Q5: How do I export my data / request account deletion?

Email support@geosense.tech. We respond within 5 business days. Data export and account deletion are handled per GDPR and China's PIPL.

Q6: The app crashes or freezes

  1. Force-quit and reopen
  2. Restart your device
  3. Update to the latest version (App Store auto-updates)
  4. If unresolved, email support@geosense.tech with steps to reproduce + screenshots
