1. Introduction
TerroirTop ("the App") is a mobile IoT device management application for modern agriculture — vineyards, orchards, tea gardens, greenhouses, and field crops. "TerroirTop" is the App name; the brand and registered trademark is TERROIR.TOP.®.
The App is developed and operated by Ningxia GeoSense Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Provided by you
Account credentials: username, password, email, phone number
Server configuration: endpoint URL, single sign-on authorization tokens
User feedback you submit
2.2 Collected automatically
Device information: model, OS version, unique device identifier
Network information: IP address, connection type
Usage data: access time, feature usage statistics
Diagnostic data: crash reports, performance metrics
2.3 Business data
Based on the backend platform you connect to (e.g., gem.geosense.tech), the App displays:
IoT device information and sensor telemetry
Alerts, dashboards, and audit logs
Customer/tenant organization structure

4. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Crash and diagnostic data collected by Sentry is transferred to and stored on Sentry's servers located in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this cross-border transfer for the purpose of error monitoring and reliability improvements. The data transferred contains no personally identifiable information in its raw form (names, emails, or phone numbers are not sent to Sentry).
All other data — business data, account data, push notifications, and authentication — is stored on servers within mainland China.
5. How We Use Information
Provide, maintain, and improve App functionality

Diagnose and fix crashes/errors
Comply with legal obligations
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Exceptions:
With your explicit consent

8. Intended Users
TerroirTop is designed for adult professional users — agricultural operators, enterprise administrators, and technical personnel. The App is not intended for minors under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18.
9. Data Retention
Account data: retained until account deletion
Crash and diagnostic data: automatically deleted after 90 days

4. 跨境数据传输
由 Sentry 收集的崩溃与诊断数据将传输至并存储于 Sentry 位于美国的服务器。使用本应用即表示您同意此跨境传输，仅用于错误监控和可靠性优化目的。传输的数据不含真实姓名、邮箱、手机号等可直接识别个人身份的信息。
除此之外的所有数据——业务数据、账号数据、推送通知、身份认证——均存储于中国境内服务器。
